The Clipboard symbol should be visible in the top row of the keyboard. Tap Gboard on the Choose input method pop-up. Start an app with a keyboard and press the keyboard icon in the lower-right corner to do so. If you haven't already, download Gboard from Google Play and set it as your default keyboard.
